Dr. Nathaniel Woods
Nate is an executive advisor, coach, trainer, and keynotes major leadership meetings around the world. Nate’s latest book “D.O.T.S…Developing Others through Service” was released in the Fall of 2020.
He is the co-founder of DOT Service LLC, a leadership development firm located in Central Park, Washington. His recent clients include Southeastern University, Every Nation’s 10-Days missions’ group, University of Alabama – Birmingham, Controlled Contamination Services, Polk County Schools, Montesano Jr and High School, and Grays Harbor College, to name a few.
Currently, Dr. Woods serves as the Interim Dean of Workforce Education at Grays Harbor College and is the Program Director and Faculty Member for the Human Services Department at Grays Harbor College. Nate brings experience from the business, human services, and education arena to us today.
Nate is also an avid sports fan, reader, and humanitarian. He and his wife of over 14 years, Dr. PageCarol Woods, have two children, Nate III and Angelo.

Research shows that approximately 25%, 1 in 4 children, experiences a significant traumatic event by four years old (Hydon, et al., 2015). To effectively serve and lead, we must learn how to approach others from a trauma-informed perspective. We must recognize how our personal traumatic experiences influence how we view the world. Last, we must apply positive coping mechanisms to move forward in life. In 30 minutes, we’ll discover a practical approach to serving others.
